speakers. Many of these courses are presented for local businesses.
- QUALITY ASSURANCE/ISO 9000 20 lesson course. Quality and ISO
9000 as a means of increasing customer satisfaction. A cost effective solution
to the problems of delivering quality to the customer. An anlysis of the
meaning and the measurement of quality. ISO 9000, what is it? Does my company
need it? - And information about it?
- SOFTWARE QUALITY AND ISO 9000-3 20 lesson course. An
introductory course to ISO9000-3 and software quality. Areas covered include:
- Comparison of ISO9000-3 and CMM
- Comparison of ISO9000-3 and ISO90001
- TickIT system. This is considered from the purchaser, supplier and
auditor standpoint

- OPTIMUM PRESENTATIONS SKILLS This is an intensive course
designed for business executives, which includes a practical session to peers
on the final day. This course has been taken up by international companies and
business people who wish to improve their image in the market place at
conferences, seminars, demonstrations, trade delegations and financial and
business negotiations.

- COMPUTER SKILLS . These sessions are one tutor to one
student, and are designed to school you in the basics of using Windows 95,
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and any other chosen programs.
- HEALTH AND SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE . These regularly
scheduled courses are designed to train and update existing practices to
current British Safety Council standards. Courses include EEC legislation.
- OTHER LANGUAGES These courses are available in group or one
to one sessions designed specifically with the business person in mind.
