If your voicebox is vibrating it is a voiced sound. If your voicebox is not vibrating it is called an unvoiced sound. Here is a way to find out if a sound is voiced or unvoiced:- Put your fingers in your ears. Make a sound. If you can hear a buzz it means that it is a voiced sound if you can't hear a buzz it means that it is an unvoiced sound. Practice saying (p p p) or (b b b) Can you hear the diference?
